Fleet Docs Upload – Privacy Policy

Fleet Docs Upload is a Google Sheets add-on script used by Tasku fleet partners to upload tasker verification documents (photos or PDFs) directly into a designated Google Drive folder.

- Data collected The script processes only the files that users choose to upload, plus basic metadata (file name, MIME type).
- Data usage: Uploaded files are stored in the Google Drive folder configured by the spreadsheet owner. No data is sent to any external servers. Files are used to verify that newly registered users in the main tasku.app are affiliated with fleet.
- Data sharing Files remain within Google Drive and inherit the folder’s sharing permissions. The developer and Tasku team do not access files unless explicitly shared.
- User control Users can remove any uploaded files from their own Google Drive at any time.
- Authorization scopes
    - drive.file – to create files in the configured Drive folder.
    - spreadsheets.currentonly – to write a hyperlink into the current sheet.
    - script.container.ui – to show the upload dialog inside Google Sheets.
